Lynne de Sherbinin
Head of Global Human Resources
Lynne de Sherbinin is Head of Global Human Resources at Bayer HealthCare Diabetes Care with responsibility for managing the Global Human Resources activities for 1500 employees worldwide.
Lynne began her career in Human Resources at North American Philips Corporation (Philips Electronics) in 1979. She joined Bayer in 1988 as a Human Resources Representative at Miles Labs and was promoted to Manager, Human Resources for the Diagnostics Division in 1992. Lynne left Bayer in 1996 and became Director, Human Resources for Moore Business Forms (Lake Forest, IL), with responsibility for 1000 sales & marketing employees on the east coast. She returned to Bayer in 1998, when she relocated to Bayer AG Headquarters in Leverkusen, Germany working in the Pharma organization and subsequently in the Diagnostics Division's Dublin, Ireland facility. She moved back to the U.S. in spring of 2003.
Lynne has a B.A. in Education from The Defiance College (Defiance, OH). She is a local and national member of the society of Human Resource Management.
