Tom Loyd is Head of Product Supply at Bayer HealthCare Diabetes Care, with responsibility for the manufacturing and global supply chain activities, which include two production sites.
Prior to joining Bayer in 2002, Tom was Vice President, Operations at Invensys PLC, in London, England, with responsibility for operations at eight manufacturing locations in the U.S., Mexico, and China; Vice President, General Manager, General Purpose and Telecommunications Business Unit at Siemens AG, with P&L responsibility for regional (NAFTA) general purpose and telecommunications products. He began his career as an engineer at Siemens AG and subsequently held positions of increased responsibility within product development and manufacturing over the course of twenty-two years.
