You can leave the ADA values, or enter the ones your doctor has given you. Entering your own values lets you customize the Online Blood Sugar Log so it works best for you.

If your doctor or diabetes educator ever recommends that you should change your target values, you can easily adjust them. Simply click User Profile when you're in the Online Blood Sugar Log.
